Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://prlabsusa.com/ (“Website”) or purchasing any product from Precision Research Labs (“Precision Research,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Buyer,” “Customer,” or “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access this Website, purchase products, or use any services provided by Precision Research Labs.

Eligibility and Buyer Certification

By purchasing from Precision Research Labs, Buyer certifies that they:

• Are at least 21 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract.
• Are purchasing products solely for lawful laboratory research purposes.
• Will not use any product for human or animal consumption, including injection, ingestion, topical application, inhalation, or any other form of administration.
• Possess the necessary knowledge, training, equipment, and facilities to safely handle laboratory research materials.
• Are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws before purchasing or using any product.

Misrepresentation of eligibility, intended use, or compliance status constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Precision Research Labs reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if misuse, unlawful intent, regulatory risk, or suspicious activity is suspected.

Buyer Responsibilities

Buyer agrees to:

• Properly store, handle, document, and dispose of all materials.

• Not provide products to any person or entity that may use them unlawfully or contrary to these Terms.

Indemnification

Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Precision Research Labs, its owners, officers, members, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, suppliers, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or relating to Buyer’s purchase, possession, handling, storage, use, misuse, disposal, or transfer of any product.

This indemnification obligation also applies to Buyer’s violation of these Terms, violation of any law, unauthorized human or animal use, and any false or misleading claim made regarding Precision Research Labs products.

Orders, Verification, and Refusal of Service

All orders are subject to acceptance, verification, and approval by Precision Research Labs. Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance.

• Precision Research Labs may refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason.
• Additional verification may be requested before processing an order.
• Orders suspected of fraud, misuse, unlawful activity, resale risk, or violation of these Terms may be canceled.
• Sales may be restricted in jurisdictions where sale, shipment, possession, or use may be prohibited or restricted.

Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and any required verification.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Precision Research Labs is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather disruptions, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, stolen packages, or any event outside of its control.

Title and risk of loss transfer to Buyer once the shipment is released to the carrier. Buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Payments, Fraud Prevention, and Chargebacks

Buyer agrees to provide accurate and authorized payment information. Precision Research Labs may use fraud-prevention tools and order-verification procedures before accepting or fulfilling any order.

Unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims made after confirmed delivery may result in account termination, order restrictions, collection efforts, and recovery of funds, fees, chargeback costs, and legal expenses where permitted by law.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, returns and refunds are limited.

Eligible returns may be accepted within 7 business days of delivery only if the item is:

• Unopened.
• Unused.
• Sealed.
• In original condition.
• Approved in advance by Precision Research Labs.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Canceled orders before shipment may be subject to a $25 processing fee. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Product Quality Assurance

Precision Research Labs is committed to providing research materials that meet stated product specifications at the time of sale.

Where applicable, products may be supported by analytical documentation such as third-party or in-house testing, including methods such as HPLC, mass spectrometry, or other relevant analytical procedures.

If Buyer believes a product does not meet its stated specifications, Buyer must notify Precision Research Labs within 7 business days of delivery and provide valid supporting documentation from a qualified independent analytical laboratory.

Product Information and Website Content

Product descriptions, reference materials, specifications, images, and educational content provided on this Website are for informational purposes only.

Precision Research Labs does not provide:

• Medical advice.
• Veterinary advice.

Affiliate, Ambassador, and Referral Program Terms

If Precision Research Labs offers an affiliate, ambassador, influencer, or referral program, participants must comply with all program rules, applicable advertising laws, and Federal Trade Commission disclosure requirements.

Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with Precision Research Labs when promoting products.

Prohibited affiliate conduct includes medical claims, human or animal use claims, dosing suggestions, unauthorized coupon posting, self-referrals, fake testimonials, false scarcity, or misleading claims.
